How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after that. Standard UK delivery is £5, and it's free on all orders over £40.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver across the UK. If you're outside the UK, email us at hello@rizaislondon.com and we'll do our best to arrange something for you.

What are your candles made from?

Every Rizai's candle is hand poured in the UK using natural soy wax, blended with fine fragrance and essential oils, and finished with a cotton wick. Soy burns cleaner and slower than paraffin wax, giving you a longer, more even scent experience.

How long do the candles burn for?

Our 20cl candle burns for approximately 40 hours, the 30cl for approximately 65 to 70 hours, and the 3-wick for approximately 90 to 95 hours.

How do I get the best from my candle?

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. On the first burn, let the wax pool reach the edges of the jar to prevent tunnelling. Burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Can I send a gift box directly to someone?

Yes. Every order arrives in our signature matte gift box with gold foil detailing, and invoices are never included in the parcel, so prices stay between us. When ordering a Ritual Box, simply type your message in the box on the product page and we'll handwrite it onto a card for you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is covered by the customer. Please note we can't accept returns on sale items. Full details are in our [refund policy], and once a return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
